Oro Sol 11, Santa Ana

"This minimalist modern project has few carefully studied lines. The mixture of warm materials, such as almond wood inside and rustic gray marble outside, transforms the space with the ability to add warmth to the white geometry to transmit a set of fresh, clean, and spacious emotions..."

This minimalist modern Oro Sol 11 residence is located in Santa Ana in a privileged residential area very close to the best shopping, business, and service areas of San Jose. Residential demand for housing areas has meant that only a few plots of land have been available for construction in the last decade. Due to its strategic position, it allows escaping from the city’s center to an area with more vegetation and green areas. The lands of Oro Sol are privileged and extensive. They are within the same condominium, contrasting the transformation of the formerly colonized architecture market to a preference for contemporary Alianz architecture.

Every aspect of this residence, from its clean lines to its uncluttered spaces, has been meticulously designed to create a serene and timeless aesthetic. The house seamlessly integrates functionality with a minimalist design philosophy, striking a perfect balance between form and function. The use of carefully selected materials, a neutral color palette, and an abundance of natural light, all contribute to the creation of a tranquil and airy atmosphere. Each detail has been painstakingly curated, allowing the beauty of simplicity to take center stage. This minimalist modern house is the epitome of refined living, offering a sanctuary of contemporary elegance in a prestigious residential setting.
