Golfito Off-Grid

Located in the elevated areas of Golfito in the Osa Peninsula, within a forest estate with spectacular views of the Golfo Dulce, the “Off-grid” typology project (self-sufficient of resources) seeks through simple and pure volumes and materials, meet two contrasting priorities: privacy and openness.

The main facade is designed to generate privacy and protection, the rest of the sides of the house are thought about its relationship with the outside, lighting, opening and intimate experience with its natural context.

The project is unique in its type since it not only entails the construction of the architecture. It integrates with other companies and specialists a program of reforestation, the natural recovery of water, permaculture and landscaping in all its surroundings. It is intended to generate a project with the minimum possible environmental impact surrounded by a paradise full of natural resources.
