The new architecture

Alianz Estudio is a multidisciplinary office that forms strategic alliances between clients, investors, real estate brokers, our office, and our selection of suppliers. With over 15 years of experience in the construction market, Alianz Estudio was founded in 2009 by architect Eric Bogantes, following his completion of architecture studies at the University of Costa Rica and the University of Palermo in Argentina.

Defender of system automation, process digitalization, and creative use of technology has been the guiding principles at Alianz Estudio since its foundation.

In 2012 Alianz Estudio inaugurated its first office, an example of an architecture with original lines that gave rise to the Alianz Loft. An architectural construction to expose concrete modernist concepts taken from the experience lived in childhood under the influence of the Architect Manuel Zuñiga. During 2012, a unique and authentic architecture language was used and created, which evolved over the years, until obtaining very pure variables of it.

In 2017, Alianz partnered with the Peré Perrin family of French origin to establish Casa Bahina 2 in Esterillos Este. This project has been instrumental in supplying the local market of the Central Pacific and creating a tranquil environment deeply connected to the ocean in front of the house. The center has become a valuable resource that connects real estate agents, clients, and a family with French qualities and customs.

In 2020, the company changed its name from Alianz.cr as a symbolic act representing a generational shift from physical meetings to a wide range of virtual meetings. This change also reflects the expansion of our collaboration architecture to include companies outside Costa Rica, particularly in the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

During the same year, there was a search for a new architectural concept aimed at creating a trend not seen before. This led to the development of “Mystical Architecture,” which aims to evoke deep emotional messages through spaces featuring pure geometries with enough sensitivity to convey a spiritual touch within the design. This “magic touch” is intended to evoke feelings of tranquility, peace, and balance..

In January 2025, we are looking forward to the opening of the Nebulae.cr project. It is a modern cultural center designed to foster the exchange of ideas and thoughts to promote and improve people’s overall health. The center will utilize holistic and healthy methods such as yoga, meditation, and other cultural expressions to achieve more balanced emotional and physical states. Additionally, music will be used as a form of emotional therapy to help transform our inner selves and reflect positive actions in our social environment. The project aims to increase awareness of the present and living nature that surrounds us.
