The house is in a cold climate zone and features a minimalist design characterized by simple geometric shapes harmonizing with the overall design. The house, with two levels and terraces, uses carefully chosen materials to preserve and maintain the concept. The BO concept furniture stars in the style of the house, as well as a few breaks of purity with the use of decorated walls and lighting gestures.
The house is designed for a stormy town, so a substantial central gutter is used to centralize water evacuation and runs through a large facade glass side to create the visual effect of seeing the rainfall from the largest window of the house. Extended roofs are used as terraces with plastic wood, creating many possibilities for sharing the space with friends and family in the area with the best view of the lot.
