Alianz Loft Futurist Architecture is the first emblematic design of the architect Eric Bogantes (our design officer). Designed during college school classes, it forms the initial exploration of the Alianz Architecture line, which is included in many other design styles. The value of the projects lies in their originality as a unique structural system that will make the interior space provoke the awakening of a dreamed-of architecture.

This futurist architecture project was our first built project as a design office, and it represents with excellent fidelity the intention and strength of the Alianz lines in its beginnings, with the idea to design futurist architecture elements that even today years later, we continue to apply in most of our projects.

Originally, the space served as the central hub for Alianz office operations. However, it has now transformed into a unique apartment available for rent on Airbnb. This remarkable location not only caters to our clients but also attracts tourists eager to explore the area and immerse themselves in the unique experience this futurist building offers, showcasing our building’s versatility.
