Assinie Maison

A beachfront hospitality residence in Playa Esterillos, Costa Rica, where tropical architecture, oceanfront living, and Afro-French cultural identity come together.

Assinie Maison is a beachfront hospitality residence located in Playa Esterillos, on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Designed as a house for rental and coastal living, the project brings together the calm rhythm of the ocean, the tropical atmosphere of the beach, and a refined cultural identity inspired by French African influences.

Playa Esterillos offers an authentic and powerful hospitality experience. Its wide coastline, surfing energy, golden sunsets, tropical vegetation, and relaxed local character create the perfect setting for a house that is meant to be lived slowly, openly, and emotionally connected to the sea. The residence captures this lifestyle through every detail: mornings by the ocean, warm interiors bathed in coastal light, natural textures, and the effortless feeling of being immersed in the Costa Rican Pacific.

The soul of Assinie Maison comes from its cultural mix. The residence combines tropical architecture with a French African sensibility, creating a space that feels both elegant and deeply personal. More than a rental property, it is a coastal retreat where design, hospitality, culture, and nature come together. Every material and atmosphere communicates a house connected to the beach, to memory, to travel, and to the emotional experience of living by the sea.
