Aura Nativa is a planned, mixed-use, eco-friendly community located in Punta Quepos, adjacent to Manuel Antonio Beach. It features a common area that includes an anti-aging medical clinic, a spa, a gym, a sauna, a yoga platform, swimming pools, an outdoor bar, and an art gallery. The community offers single-family residences, all surrounded by the maritime-terrestrial zone and connected by paths designed for running, walking, and occasional exercise.

The project follows specific design guidelines that emphasize the careful placement of buildings to optimize solar orientation and prevailing winds, aiming to minimize the need for cooling equipment. It also utilizes natural ventilation techniques. Strategic placement of trees and vegetation provides natural shade, while the incorporation of native plants and the design of gardens support local wildlife, including birds and pollinators. Sustainable materials will be used, along with equipment and techniques to optimize energy consumption. All aspects of the design consider adaptation to tropical climatic conditions.
