This Midcentury Modern House is situated in Francosta, a condominium in Ulloa de Heredia, which has the privilege of being one of the most successful urban projects in the country. With more than 400 houses of medium and large size, it has become a worthy and suitable city pole for new architecture. In this new condominium, Alianz tried to change the formula and adapt its unique condition of being on top of a large hill to take advantage of the potential of terraces and unevenness generated. The language used is tectonic and pure; its natural materials of concrete and wood stand out to match a simple but striking design in its uniqueness of being a cozy house that simulates the emerging houses from California in the 50s.
This unique fusion seamlessly blends the timeless elegance of Midcentury Modern design with the sleek lines and innovative materials of contemporary aesthetics. The result is a harmonious composition that embraces the past while embracing the present. Clean lines, open spaces, and abundant natural light create an airy and inviting atmosphere, while iconic furniture pieces, organic shapes, and minimalist decor pay homage to the Midcentury Modern heritage. Simultaneously, incorporating cutting-edge technology, sustainable materials, and bold architectural features brings a contemporary edge to the design, ensuring a residence that is both timeless and forward-thinking. This remarkable combination delivers a home with sophistication, style, and modern elements.
