Alianz Loft Futurist Architecture is the first emblematic design of the architect Eric Bogantes (Our design officer). Designed during college school classes, it forms the initial exploration of the Alianz Architecture line as it is included in many other design styles. The value of the projects lies in their originality as a unique structural system that will make the interior space provoke the awakening of a dreamed of architecture.

This futurist architecture project was our first built project as a design office, and it represents with a great fidelity the intention and strength of the Alianz lines in its beginnings, with the idea to design futurist architecture elements that even today years later we continue to apply in most of our projects.

Initially, the space functioned as the central hub for Alianz office operations, but in the present day, its purpose has transformed into that of an apartment available for rent on Airbnb. This remarkable location now caters to an array of our own clients, but also a bunch tourists eager to explore the area and immerse themselves in the unique experience this futurist building has to offer.
