Orosol Condominium is located in Santa Ana in a privileged residential area very close to the best shopping, business and service areas of San Jose. Residential demand for housing areas has meant that only a few plots of land are available for construction in the last decade. Due to its strategic position, it allows escaping from the center of the city to an area with more vegetation and green areas. The lands of Orosol are privileged large, and within the same condominium contrasts the transformation of the architecture market formerly colony to a preference for contemporary architecture.
This Minimalist project has few carefully studied lines. The mixture of warm materials such as almond wood inside and rustic gray marble outside transforms the space with the ability to add warmth to the white geometry to transmit a set of fresh, clean, and spacious emotions.
